The kit is designed to fasten greenhouse plastic, bird netting, or shade cloth to PVC frames, particularly in windy conditions where coverings may be dislodged. The clamps easily snap over PVC pipe and should be spaced approximately 1 ft apart, with additional clamps recommended for windier situations. For enhanced grip, aluminum grip clamps can be used to ensure the PVC snap clamps hold tighter. The clamp size is specifically matched to the PVC pipe size, meaning, for example, a 1" clamp is intended for use with 1" pipe.
