The kit includes components made from NK material, which is capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -80°F to 226°F and can be autoclaved to 285°F (140°C). It has a pressure rating of 260 PSI at 70°F and meets USP Class VI certification standards. The material demonstrates general chemical resistance to most acids, salts, weak bases, halogenated solvents, alcohols, nuclear and UV radiation, oxidants, ozone, and deionized water.
