This product is a clear, non-yellowing, water-based acrylic coating formulated for use on interior or exterior masonry surfaces, providing superior hardness and durability while protecting against efflorescence (white, powdery, salt-like deposits) visible on masonry. It features built-in flash rust resistance to prevent orange staining on surfaces containing natural metals and offers excellent chemical resistance to de-icing salts, gasoline, oil, and weathering. The blush resistant formula ensures it will not turn white or haze when exposed to moisture after full cure, making it ideal for horizontal and vertical surfaces such as walkways, driveways, pavers, brick, poured concrete, Chattahoochee stone, and artificial stone. However, it is not recommended for use on wood, metal, granite, marble, pool decks, or areas immediately adjacent to pools or regions subject to hydrostatic pressure. The product has a VOC content of <100 g/L, a dry time of 4 hours, and is supplied in a 5-gallon can.
