The Datum 20" W Desktop Partition in Black offers a practical solution for privacy in educational settings, functioning as a barrier between students during work or testing. The unit is designed to be placed on a tabletop, and if permanently mounted, the plexiglass insert can be removed when not in use. Constructed with an 11/16" board, the wooden base is finished with durable melamine, available in 13 of Datum's standard colors. The partition features a 1/4" thick acrylic plexiglass panel in a crystal ice style, providing a translucent screen that permits light passage while obscuring direct visibility. The plexiglass is easily removable for situations when testing is not occurring, and the radius corners of the insert enhance both aesthetics and user safety by eliminating sharp edges.
