The Hat Channel is an extruded aluminum motorized volume control damper featuring a 5" deep frame and 7" wide center-pivoted blades that allow for a full 90-degree rotation with parallel blade action. It incorporates TPV blades and stainless steel jamb seals to effectively block light, air, and moisture. This versatile damper is suitable for both exhaust and supply applications and can be mounted in vertical or horizontal orientations, typically within walls, curbs, or ductwork. It comes standard with a factory-installed, internally mounted 100-240 volt power open/spring close motor equipped with an end switch. The Hat Channel is proudly made in the USA.
