The Hat Channel is an extruded aluminum motorized volume control damper, featuring a 5" deep frame and 7" wide center-pivoted blades that allow for a full 90-degree rotation with parallel blade action. It includes TPV blade and stainless steel jamb seals that effectively prevent light, air, and moisture infiltration. This versatile damper is suitable for both exhaust and supply applications and can be mounted in either vertical or horizontal positions, typically on walls, curbs, or ductwork. The unit comes standard with an internally mounted, factory-installed 100-240 volt power open/spring close motor complete with an end switch. The product is proudly made in the USA.
