The Hat Channel is an extruded aluminum motorized volume control damper designed for effective airflow management. It features a frame that is 5 inches deep and incorporates 7-inch wide center-pivoted blades that allow for a full 90-degree rotation with parallel blade action. The damper is equipped with TPV blades and stainless steel jamb seals to ensure the exclusion of light, air, and moisture. Suitable for both exhaust and supply applications, the dampers can be installed in either vertical or horizontal positions, making them ideal for walls, curbs, or ductwork. The unit comes standard with an internally mounted factory-installed 100-240 volt power open/spring close motor that includes an end switch. It is proudly made in the USA.
