The kit includes heavy-duty solid aluminum adjustable shelves that will not rust and feature a smooth, flat solid surface for easy cleaning. Each shelf has a 1/8" marine edge to contain spills and a capacity of 400 lb. per shelf. The assembly is simplified with an easy "lock bushing" mechanism, and the unit is supported by 1 1/2" diameter heavy-duty round posts. It ships "knock-down" via UPS for convenient transport. The model shown is N186048-4, and it complies with NSF standards as set by the National Sanitation Foundation.
