Acid Eater Absorber & Neutralizer, 5-gallons, Clift Industries 1001-004 contains, absorbs and neutralizes battery acid spills. The pellet formula absorbs more and requires less clean-up, reducing disposal costs and safety issues, while not creating hazardous dust clouds or leaving harmful residues. It complies with OSHA regulation 1910.178(g), indicating that facilities must have means to neutralize spilled acid. The product is fast, easy to use, and landfill disposable. Its composition includes acrylic polymer, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, industrial peat moss, montmorillonite, perlite, polypropylene, recycled cellulose, and vermiculite. Clift Industries, Inc. warrants that its products are manufactured in accordance with each product's specification. The company's obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to the return of any non-conforming product to Clift Industries, Inc. by the purchaser within one (1) year after the date of manufacture, and products for which a warranty claim is made must be returned with transportation prepaid to Clift Industries, Inc.'s factory. Any use not in accordance with product directions and precautionary statements, modifications, additives, or any adulteration, dilution, or alteration by the purchaser shall void this warranty.
