The 80/20® 1515-242 is a 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" T-slotted profile with a length of 242". This stock bar features a no-welding design that eliminates concerns about heat stress or warpage, and it does not require priming or painting. It is lightweight and easy to machine, utilizing standard fractional or metric fasteners which reduces engineering time. The profile is easy to fabricate with only simple hand tools needed, and the T-slot technology is widely accepted within the industry, providing great aesthetic value.
