The 80/20® 2020-242 is a 2" x 2" T-slotted profile available in a 242" stock bar. This profile features a design that eliminates the need for welding, thereby avoiding complications such as heat stress and warpage. It does not require priming or painting, is lightweight, and easy to machine. The profile accommodates standard fractional or metric fasteners and requires less engineering time for assembly.
