The Morse® Portable Drum Roller features a 20 RPM, 3-phase motor designed to agitate drum contents without the need to open the drum, allowing for the incorporation of important ingredients and the elimination of sediment. This compact and portable mixer enables the rolling of closed drums to blend contents, with the option to dispense directly from the drum via a faucet. The built-in tipping bar facilitates easier loading and unloading, while the enclosed sides and back provide protection for the drive mechanism. It accommodates drums ranging from 6" to 28" (15 to 71 cm) in diameter and up to 40" (101.6 cm) tall, with the tipping lever engaging drums that are 30" (76.2 cm) or taller. The capacity varies by model, allowing for a 500 lb. (227 kg) liquid load or up to 400 lb. (181 kg) for dry loads, noting that shifting dry loads exert greater stress on the drum rotator. The dimensions of the drum mixer are 19.25" (48.9 cm) in height when rolling a drum, with a width of 21" and a length of 34.75" (53 to 88 cm) in the rolling position.
