The Morse® PailPro™ 1 to 5 Gallon Can Tumbler with Timer for 2 Cans features a 1-phase 115V motor and has a capacity of 100 lbs. (45.5 kg) per can. It provides aggressive corner-over-corner mixing action for sealed cans or pails ranging from 1 to 5 gallons (4 to 19 liters), allowing for quick and economical mixing or agitation of small batches, re-homogenizing settled ingredients, and blending liquid or dry materials. The tumbler can also be used to tumble pails with component parts and media for deburring or polishing. It holds cans at an angle to horizontal for vigorous mixing and rotates them continuously in one direction without shaking or oscillation. The tumbler accepts steel or plastic cans up to 12.5" (31 cm) diameter and 4.5" to 16.5" (12 to 42 cm) tall, including typical 5 gallon cans. It operates at a tumbling speed of 23 rpm and offers cost savings when materials are already packed in cans. Pails are secured quickly using a hand wheel on a threaded rod and locking handle. The base dimensions of the can mixer are 28" x 28" (71 x 71 cm), and OSHA requires an enclosure for safe operation. Made in the USA, the product includes a 2-year warranty.
