The Morse® PailPRO™ 1 to 5 gallon can tumbler features a 3-phase 230/460V motor and has a capacity of 100 lbs (45.5 kg) per can. This can tumbler provides aggressive corner-over-corner mixing action, effectively blending products inside sealed cans or pails while reducing hazards and minimizing clean-up. It is designed to mix or agitate small batches quickly and economically, re-homogenizing settled ingredients, and can be used as a pail or bucket mixer for blending liquids or dry materials. Additionally, it can tumble pails of component parts with media for deburring or polishing. The pail mixer accommodates steel or plastic cans and pails with a maximum diameter of 12.5" (31 cm) and a height ranging from 4.5" to 16.5" (12 to 42 cm), and it includes typical 5-gallon cans. The tumbler rotates pails continuously in one direction at a speed of 23 RPM and secures the pail in the mixer holder using a hand wheel on a threaded rod and a locking handle. The base dimensions of the can mixer are 28" x 28" (71 x 71 cm). Additionally, it complies with OSHA requirements for an enclosure and comes with a 2-year warranty. Made in the USA.
