Nachi bearings feature a small ball diameter and an optimum internal design that generates higher speeds and lower heat generation. They are interchangeable with the 7000 series, sharing identical boundary dimensions. Two bearings are utilized in a duplex pair to deliver a high degree of rigidity in both radial and axial directions. These precision bearings meet the requirements of machine tool manufacturers, boasting a 15° contact angle and P4 precision rating, allowing them to operate at the lowest possible temperature across a wide range of speeds and operating loads. Additionally, these universal flush ground bearings can be mounted in DB, DF, or DT configurations.
