Nachi features small ball diameter and optimum internal design that generate higher speed and lower heat generation. The product is interchangeable with the 7000 series, possessing identical boundary dimensions. Two bearings are utilized in a duplex pair to provide a high degree of rigidity in both radial and axial directions. It meets the needs of machine tool manufacturers for precision bearings with a 15° contact angle and P4 accuracy, capable of operating at the lowest possible temperature across a wide range of speeds and operating loads. These universal flush ground bearings can be mounted in DB, DF, or DT configurations.
