NachI features small ball diameter and optimum internal design that generate higher speed and lower heat generation. The bearings are interchangeable with the 7000 series, maintaining identical boundary dimensions. Two bearings are utilized in a duplex pair to provide a high degree of rigidity in both radial and axial directions. These bearings meet the needs of machine tool manufacturers for precision bearings, featuring a 15° contact angle and P4 class, which can operate at the lowest possible temperature across a wide range of speeds and operating loads. Additionally, these universal flush ground bearings can be mounted in DB, DF, or DT configurations.
