Nachi features small ball diameter and optimum internal design, which generate higher speed and lower heat generation. The bearings are interchangeable with the 7000 series, having identical boundary dimensions. Two bearings are used in a duplex pair to provide a high degree of rigidity in both radial and axial directions. They meet the needs of machine tool manufacturers for precision bearings with a 15° contact angle and P4 precision that can operate at the lowest possible temperature across a wide range of speeds and operating loads. These universal flush ground bearings can be mounted in DB, DF, or DT configurations.
