Nachi features a small ball diameter and optimum internal design that generate higher speed and lower heat generation. This bearing is interchangeable with the 7000 series, maintaining identical boundary dimensions. Two bearings are utilized in a duplex pair to provide a high degree of rigidity in both radial and axial directions. Designed to meet the needs of machine tool manufacturers, these precision bearings have a 15° contact angle and conform to P4 standards, allowing them to operate at the lowest possible temperature across a wide range of speeds and operating loads. These universal flush ground bearings can be mounted in DB, DF, or DT configurations.
