The side-opening form holder with a 3/8" storage compartment features an inside clip that provides easy access to forms. It is treated with an antimicrobial agent to reduce the formation of bacteria and fungi. A high tension serrated clip securely holds a stack of paper up to 1/2" thick. The hinged writing plate conceals documents and prevents write-through on multi-part forms. The storage compartment can hold more than 30 forms and includes a hinged strap inside the cover. Additionally, the form holder is made of aluminum containing a high percentage of recycled material.
