The shelves are made from 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for added stability. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded to enhance strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity along the entire length. The box profile height of all shelves measures 1-1/4". These shelves are designed to support either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright and are equipped with punch holes for dividers on 1-inch centers. Additionally, Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
