The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, complemented by formed channels on both ends. All four corners are lapped and welded to enhance strength, while the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity along the entire length of the box. Each box shelf has a height of 1-1/4 inches and is designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers spaced on 1-inch centers. Additionally, Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
