The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation at both the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for added support. Each shelf's corners are lapped and welded, enhancing overall strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity across the entire length. The box profile height is 1-1/4", and all box shelves are designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with punched holes for dividers located on 1-inch centers. These Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
