The shelves in this kit are constructed from 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back for enhanced durability, and are equipped with formed channels on both ends. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded to provide additional strength, while the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure the structural integrity along the entire length of the box. The shelves have a box profile height of 1-1/4" and are specifically designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punchings for dividers located on 1" centers. Additionally, Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
