The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. Each shelf's four corners are lapped and welded to ensure additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to maintain the structural integrity throughout the length of the shelf. All shelves possess a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches, and are designed to support either clip or nut and bolt connections to the uprights. Additionally, the shelves are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers, and Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
