The shelving kit features shelves constructed from 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, designed with a full welded box formation in both the front and back, complemented by formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. Each shelf boasts lapped and welded corners for increased strength, while the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure overall integrity. The box profile height measures 1-1/4", and the design accommodates both clip and nut & bolt connections to the upright, with shelves punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. Additionally, Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, providing versatility for various configurations.
