The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, along with formed channels on both ends to enhance durability. All four corners are lapped and welded to provide additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure the integrity of the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4" and is engineered to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punching for dividers on 1-inch centers. The Boxer™ shelves are designed to be compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
