The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for added strength. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded to enhance durability, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity throughout the shelf's length. The box profile height measures 1-1/4 inches, designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers positioned on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, providing flexibility for storage solutions.
