The shelving kit includes shelves constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation in both the front and back, along with formed channels on both ends for added support. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded to enhance strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to maintain structural integrity along the entire length of each shelf. All shelves are designed with a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and can accommodate either a clip or nut & bolt connection to the upright, with pre-punched holes for dividers spaced on 1-inch centers. The Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
