Shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a fully welded box formation at the front and back of the shelf and formed channels on both ends. All four corners are lapped and welded for additional strength, with the box formation welded at a minimum 6-inch center to provide integrity along the entire length of the box. The box profile height of all shelves is 1-1/4". These box shelves are designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright and are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components. The kit and package include steel shelves meeting these specifications.
