Shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a fully welded box formation in the front and back of the shelf, featuring formed channels on both ends. All four corners are lapped and welded for additional strength, with the box formation welded on a 6-inch center minimum to provide integrity along the entire length. Each box shelf has a profile height of 1-1/4" and is designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with punching for dividers at 1" centers. Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
