The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a full welded box formation in the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded for additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center to ensure integrity along the entire length of the box. All shelves possess a box profile height of 1-1/4". These box shelves are designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright and are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. The Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
