The shelving kit features shelves constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, designed with a full welded box formation at both the front and back, and includes formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. All four corners are lapped and welded to provide additional strength, with the box formation welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity along the full length of the shelf. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and is designed to accommodate either a clip or nut & bolt connection to the upright. Additionally, the shelves are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers, making them compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
