The shelving kit includes shelves constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation in the front and back with formed channels on both ends. Each shelf is reinforced with lapped and welded corners for added strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure integrity along the entire length. The box shelves have a profile height of 1-1/4" and are specifically designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright. Additionally, the shelves are punched for dividers on 1" centers, and the Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components. The kit comes with warranty information and terms for optimal use and compliance with relevant standards.
