The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a full welded box formation at the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. All four corners are lapped and welded to provide additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity throughout the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4", and all box shelves are designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with punching for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
