The shelving kit features shelves constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, designed with full welded box formation at the front and back, and formed channels on both ends for enhanced durability. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded to provide additional strength, while the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure the structural integrity of the entire length of the box. The shelves have a box profile height of 1-1/4" and are designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers on 1" centers. The Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, providing versatility and ease of use.
