The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with full welded box formation at the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends. Each shelf has all four corners lapped and welded for enhanced strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center to ensure overall integrity. The box profile height of each shelf measures 1-1/4 inches, and they are designed to accommodate either clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with punchings for dividers available on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
