The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a full welded box formation in the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends. The design includes lapped and welded corners for added strength, with the box formation welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure integrity throughout the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and is designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, providing versatility in storage solutions.
