The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a full welded box formation in the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends for enhanced structural integrity. All four corners are lapped and welded to provide additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure the integrity of the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and is designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
