The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation in both the front and back, along with formed channels on both ends. All four corners are lapped and welded to enhance strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure integrity throughout the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches, and they are designed to accommodate both clip or nut and bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers spaced on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components. All attributes, specifications, and dimensions are structured to deliver robustness and versatility for various shelving applications.
