The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation in both the front and back, along with formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. Each corner is lapped and welded, providing additional strength throughout. The box formation is welded at a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure the integrity of the entire shelf length. With a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches, all shelves are designed to accommodate either a clip or nut & bolt connection to the upright, and are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. The Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, making them a versatile option for various applications.
