The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with full welded box formation in the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends for added support. Each shelf's four corners are lapped and welded to enhance durability. The box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center to ensure the structural integrity of the entire length. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and is designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch points for dividers located on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, providing a versatile storage solution for various applications.
