The shelves are constructed from 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation at the front and back, with formed channels on both ends. Each shelf has all four corners lapped and welded for enhanced strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure integrity along the entire length. The box profile height is 1-1/4", and all box shelves are designed to support either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers on 1" centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
