The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation in the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for enhanced stability. All four corners are lapped and welded to provide additional strength, while the box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center to ensure the integrity of the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and is designed to accommodate either a clip or nut & bolt connection to the upright, with punch holes for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are also compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
