The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring full welded box formation at the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for added stability. Each corner is lapped and welded to enhance strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center to maintain the structural integrity across the entire length of the box. The box shelves have a profile height of 1-1/4" and are designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright. Additionally, they are punched for dividers on 1" centers, ensuring adaptability and functionality. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, offering versatility in shelving solutions.
