The shelving kit includes shelves constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel, featuring a full welded box formation in the front and back for enhanced durability, along with formed channels on both ends. Each shelf is reinforced with lapped and welded corners for additional strength and has a box formation welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure structural integrity along the entire length. The box profile height of each shelf measures 1-1/4". These box shelves are designed to accommodate both clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright and are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, ensuring versatility in usage.
