The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring full welded box formation in the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for added durability. Each of the four corners is lapped and welded to enhance strength, while the box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center to ensure structural integrity along the entire length of the box. The shelves have a box profile height of 1-1/4 inches and are designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright. They come pre-punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are fully compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, ensuring versatility in use.
