The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring a full welded box formation in the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for enhanced support. Each corner is lapped and welded, contributing to the overall strength of the design. The box formation is welded on a minimum 6-inch center, ensuring structural integrity along the entire length of the shelf. With a box profile height of 1-1/4", these shelves are engineered to accommodate either a clip or nut and bolt connection to the upright, and are pre-punched for dividers on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are also compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components, ensuring versatility and ease of integration into existing setups.
