The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel with a full welded box formation at both the front and back, featuring formed channels on both ends for added durability. All four corners are lapped and welded to enhance strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure integrity across the entire length of the box. Each shelf has a box profile height of 1-1/4" and is designed to accommodate clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright, with punch holes for dividers spaced on 1-inch centers. Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components. The product is compliant with relevant industry standards and certifications, ensuring reliability and performance.
