The shelves are constructed of 18, 20, or 22 gauge steel featuring full welded box formation in the front and back, with formed channels on both ends for enhanced durability. Each shelf has all four corners lapped and welded for additional strength, and the box formation is welded on a minimum of 6-inch centers to ensure integrity along the entire length of the box. The box profile height for all shelves is 1-1/4 inches, and they are designed to accommodate either clip or nut & bolt connections to the upright. Additionally, the shelves are punched for dividers on 1-inch centers, and Boxer™ shelves are compatible with all existing Tri-Boro shelving components.
